MINI Cooper Countryman Signature Trim 2.0
The MINI Cooper Countryman Signature Trim 2.0 will start things off with the base features. Comfortable seating materials in either leatherette or cloth/leatherette will upholster the interior and give it a sleek look. As you look up, you’ll spot the panoramic moonroof to see outside.
Once you get settled in, both you and your front-row passenger will be able to choose from a number of customizable settings. For example, there’s the standard Dual Zone Automatic Climate Control and heated front seats to decide on an interior cabin temperature. You as the driver will enjoy a heated steering wheel as well for those chillier commutes.
In terms of technology, there’s an 8.8-inch touchscreen with built-in navigation. Not only that, but it’s also compatible with Bluetooth® and Apple CarPlay® for additional connectivity. To keep your drives dynamic, you’ll appreciate a 12-month subscription to SiriusXM®, where you can find all sorts of music and shows.
MINI Cooper Countryman Iconic Trim 2.0
The Iconic Trim 2.0 will take things up a notch in your MINI Cooper Countryman. More luxurious features, like leather upholstery, are now available to select from. In addition, you’ll find power-adjustable front seats for added ease and comfort.
Technology also gets a nice boost, with features such as a wireless phone charger and a Head Up Display, the latter of which provides important driving metrics in a more optimal reading position just beyond the steering wheel.
Technology upgrades continue with the Parking Assistant, which can seamlessly guide you into parking spaces while you control the brake. You’ll also now be using the MINI Touchscreen Navigation Plus system for some extra on-road assistance.
MINI Cooper Countryman: Performance & Capability
The MINI Cooper Countryman offers a variety of engine options and two drivetrain choices, including the available ALL4 all-wheel drive system. Further robustness is seen through the standard Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) system, and you’ll even find fun MINI Driving Modes, like Sport and Green.
Among these two drivetrains will come various gas engines and a hybrid option. Each one pumps out its own set of horsepower and torque metrics to create a fun drive. For example, the standard 1.5L TwinPower Turbo 3-cylinder engine comes paired to a 7-speed Steptronic automatic transmission and produces up to 134 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque.
The available 2.0L TwinPower Turbo 4-cylinder engine will see numbers like 189 horsepower and 206 lb-ft of torque. A serious increase is seen with the MINI Cooper Countryman John Cooper Works ALL4, where you’ll experience up to 301 horsepower and 331 lb-ft of torque.
Those going for a hybrid MINI Cooper Countryman will see metrics more in the middle, at 221 combined horsepower and 284 lb-ft of torque.
