Have been taking my mini to them for years, this is the First time I received somewhat kind demeanor. This time Cory was kind, usually he is rigid/blunt. Sales staff missed a MAJOR Sales opportunity, a bright Red Convertible might have driven off the lot, my mini had non urgent issues I wasn’t interested in investing in, but there it sits in the showroom as No One asked if they could help me. Thr associate I worked with was very knowedgable and resourceful. The purchasing process was seemless.
I had an appointment for an oil change on my mini clubman. Bryan was very helpful. I asked if he could arrange for one of the tech people to help me with my CarPlay. Daniel. sat with me in the car and showed me how to use the computer system. He was very patient pleasant and thorough.
Prompt servoce and was very welcoming. Did a thorough evaluation and gave honest feedback. Shoutout to Thomas. People told me this was the best bmw dealer in MD. I'm a believer!

C oming from a 20 year-old Miata whose modern conveniences were electric door windows keyless entry and cruise control to driving a computer on wheels has been quite a learning experience. It would have been nice when I purchased this vehicle if things were explained and shown to me and and I was not just directed to use my laptop and look up the how to’s. Yes, I’ve had this Mini for two years, but there’s still some things. I don’t know about it and I don’t know how to find the directions.

The service department is superb, top notch. Corey has been the service advisor I’ve had since I purchased my Countryman. He’s professional, courteous and thorough.

Went above and beyond to shovel out cars that were buried in snow for us to look at and test drive.
I love mini cooper and his car is great for driving around for daylight savings gas money , Tyler was very patient and helpful.
The staff at Mini Annapolis is awesome. I purchased my first Mini Cooper with them in 2022 and today they got me into a newer model with all the bells and whistles. I can’t say enough about how professional and fantastic they are. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a new or used automobile.
Brian is great at customer PR & delivery! This is the 2nd time I have dealt with him and. E side the 1st experience was so good I requested him again!
No complaints, good facility, good service, not a lot of pointless waiting. Their vending machines are a bit pricey though.
It’s expensive to get a MINI worked on & the dealership is 2 hours from where we live. However, they did a great job of communicating the diagnosis, the charges & the progress of the repairs. Well done

Mini made it so that they are the only people that can work on the mini for example a new key ( 2012 Mini) $400 for a key and program. Other dealers you can buy a key third party and have the dealership to register it. Needs a modular it has to come from the dealership and the labor is $220 with 11 hours of work which is almost $3k. I have had Minis serviced at three dealers in the DC / Annapolis area and Mini of Annapolis is by far the best - I don’t mind driving from DC to obtain servicing.
The waiting area and always clean and inviting with various spaces whether you have to do work on a laptop or sit on the couch to watch some tv while you wait. The staff is so courteous and does a great job keeping you informed about your vehicle’s progress.

I have never been disappointed at the mini of Annapolis service department. They are prompt, helpful, do good work, and make sure the customer is satisfied. In particular, the service representative, Bryan, has made these visits almost completely tolerable, even if the cost to repair my mini is high. He goes the extra mile to make sure that my car and its owner are taken care of. Kudos to the Annapolis dealership for hiring such good people.

This mini dealership provides great service! Repairs and services are always done quickly and thoroughly. There are usually deals and specials offered frequently which help with the cost. There is also great communication whenever the pricing or required services change during a visit.

Only giving 5 stars because Christian was awesome. Overall purchase was actually quite smooth despite little flexibility on the dealerships end. And felt kind of rushed through the processs. This dealership is top notch! In a world that is losing its customer service skills, going yo this dealership is like stepping back to a time when businesses cared about their customers. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Roberto was my salesman and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the stress out of buying a new car and made the day fun and easy. He answered all of my questions and genuinely enjoyed talking about the car with me.
Had recall appointment Trent and went as smooth as can be!! Was pleased with comforts of the waiting room area(drinks/snacks). Lastly, once recall inspection completed wasn’t pushed to purchase or fix other problems that my 08’MCS could use. Yes, it’s an older car with almost 190k miles but it’s mine and still puts a smile on my face whenever I drive it.
Mini of Annapolis is a very efficient service provider and I appreciate the awesome service plans like the one I used today for 3 years of oil changes for $225! Sweet.

I had a safety recall service performed, and waited on the premises. A free car wash was a nice extra.
I went to the service department for a minor recall repair, and MINI of Annapolis made it very easy to take care of it. The service staff were friendly, the repair was completed promptly, and they even washed my car! Their waiting room is spotless and comfortable. All in all, a pleasant experience.
Scheduling is simple. Check in and check out was very easy. The issue is the service recommendations and communication. Scheduled service as recommended by the vehicle app but apparently it was out of warranty by the time I made it in. Never received a call from them and manager would not honor the warranty. Provided contact information but they never called they just emailed. The sales department did call multiple times to try and sell me a new one or ask if I was interested in selling my vehicle. Very disappointed since they merged.

I made an appointment, showed up early and due to construction and missing signage, was at the wrong building. No one tried to assist me. Finally a sales person asked what I needed and directed me to another building. Again, no immediate assistance or greeting upon arrival. Once checked in it took 30 minutes for my vehicle to go into service. A 90 minute appointment turned into 4 hours because a service appointment is only to check in with a service tech and doesn’t guarantee when your car will be worked on. I'm very pleased with my first visit to the service department at Mini of Annapolis. I took my car for its annual check-up, and was greeted by Bryan who was friendly and professional. Within an hour, I received the video inspection and the entire check-up took only two hours. I'm very happy with the service my Mini and I received today - thanks Bryan and Mini of Annapolis!!

I have had my Mini since 2005 and the service department has always taken very good care of my car.
I was a loyal customer of a different Mini dealership, but Mini Annapolis gave me way better prices and service, had more inventory, and I will be coming back for future leasing needs!
My visit was excellent the staff was very professional and extremely helpful. I’m always greeted like a valued customer.
The sales guy seemed nice in person but he came short with paperwork, follow up and not remembering things. Not very organized and didn't keep his promises. Very disappointed.
